All digital files will be emailed within 5 - 7 Business Days from the day the order was received.

The above time frames are just shipping transit times and do not include, order processing and illustration/creation times. Dispatch will take between 5 - 6 business days to process, illustrate frame and package your order.
If you wish to have your portrait illustrated sooner, add Fast Track to your cart to be our #1 priority and for physical products, we recommend to upgrade to Express Shipping as well at the checkout.

Please note that the above time frames are displayed in business days and are estimates only. During sale or holiday periods, please allow for more time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors which are out of our control. 

Once a package has left our possesion, Just Digital Illustrations cannot be held liable for it being lost or stolen from your premises.

We do not send our packages with invoices or prices, so you are able to send your gifts straight to your loved one's door step.

CARBON NEUTRAL DELIVERY

Australia Post is committed to carbon-neutral parcel delivery, which is why they introduced a carbon neutral parcel delivery initiative. Since 2019, they have sent 160+ million parcels carbon neutral, which is the equivalent of taking 75,000 cars off the road.

SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

As a result of the influx of orders during sale or holiday periods, there may be delays in us getting your order to you. Please allow for an extra 1 - 3 additional days to recieve your order. Please note that any Australian public holidays, may also impact shipping time frames.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At this point in time, our international customers can only purchase prints or portraits that are in a Small Frame, Fine Art Frameless Prints in all sizes and High Resolution Digital Copies. We are working on offering our full range to our international customers and we appreciate your patience.

Once your order leaves Australia, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery. Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country's destination. Just Digital Illustrations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer to calculate these charges.
