I acknowledge the turnaround times as set out in the Shipping + Delivery policy, found HERE.

I agree that by selecting 'Preview Before Receiving' I will be attentive to my emails. If I do not reply within 48 hours, I have forfeited all of my amendments and Just Digital Illustrations has the right to proceed with the order process.
This is to ensure you still recieve your portraits within a reasonable timeframe.

I also acknowledge that by selecting this add on, it may extend the turnaround time.
This is highly dependant on your attentiveness to emails and the level of detail of the up to 3 amendments requested.

Once an illustration has been approved of, any amendments that have not been used are forfeited for that portrait.

I acknowledge that if I am merging multiple images to create one and I have not selected the add on 'Preview Before Receiving', you agree that the composition of the portrait and how images are placed is entirely left up to Just Digital Illustration's discretion of what suits best or otherwise as detailed by you in the 'Additional Notes' section. You can only receive a preview of the mock up in the event that this add on is purchased within the same cart as the portrait. If this add on has not been purchased within the same cart as the portrait, I understand that Just Digital Illustrations cannot do anything in the event you do not like your final portrait.

I also ackowledge that if the amendments requested exceed that of 3 or are deemed as major, I may be subject to further charges and it may affect the turn around times as displayed in our Shipping + Delivery page.

I agree and acknowledge that the personalisations that I have entered are true, correct and contain no mispelling. Please note that the way in which you type your text for personalisations or in the 'Text Inclusion/Additional Notes' section, will be replicated exactly onto your portrait/print. This includes spelling, grammar and capitalisations.

We understand that mistakes do happen! That is why if in the event that you do make one, Just Digital Illustrations will gladly email you a high resolution digital copy of your portrait/print with the mistake(s) corrected, and at no extra charge to you. You are then able to print out your portrait/print from the digital file provided.
If this has occurred, please email us as soon as possible.
Please note, that if this occurs and you want a physical print of the portrait, you will incur and have to cover replacement and shipping costs.

If in the event we make an error from what was presented on the order, we will cover all costs including shipping for the replacement of the print, with the mistake corrected, in the same size as per the original order. Please note, for orders of framed portraits/prints we will not re-ship you another frame, just the corrected re-print to fill your original purchased frame.
