'Just Digital File' is received in A4 size, in high resolution (300 DPI) and in two file types (PNG and PDF).

This which allows you to print it out at any desired size up until A2 size without quality being lost.

'Fine Art Prints' are frameless prints, printed on high quality, thick (240 gsm), glossy photo paper - All ready for you to place in a frame of your choice.

'Framed Prints' are ready to display as soon as they arrive.
Choose between our four available sizes (Small, Medium, Large and X-Large), in our six available finishes;
White, Oak, Black, Brushed Platinum Metal (Large only), Brushed Gold Metal (Large only) and Brushed Black Metal (Large only).

Within Australia we offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all of our orders.

For dispatch times and delivery timeframes please allow for up to 13 to 15 business days to receive your order. For digital files, please allow for up to 4 - 5 business days for completion.

Need it quicker? We suggest adding our Fast Track option and/or Express Shipping for an addittional $10 at checkout for physical prints.

International Shipping delivery times are between 9 to 25 days and costs are applied at checkout.

Our portraits and prints are printed on thick 240gsm art stock high gloss paper, with commercial grade inks. This allows for the colours to remain vibrant and ensure the longevity of your print.

Our wooden frames are made out of sturdy 3 - 4 cm thick wood and our brushed metal frames are made out of solid aluminium. Both styles are fitted with a museum grade glass front to protect your prints from dust, UV rays and scratches.

We do not include packing slips, invoices or prices with our products, so you are able to send your portraits/prints directly to your loved ones and add in a personalised heartfelt message to make it extra special.

ILLUSTRATE BACKGROUND
Every illustration comes with a standard white backround with a dropshadow or a coloured background if specified. If you wish to have the background as seen in the photo illustrated, please add on, "Illustrate background".

PREVIEW BEFORE RECEIVING
This add on allows for you to have the opportunity to view your portrait before receiving it, along with the opportunity to make up to 3 minimal amendments to ensure you are happy with your final!

MAT INSERTS
Mat inserts create an additional border around your portrait when displayed in a frame. It is standard that all portraits do not come with a mat insert unless otherwise selected (which will be at no additional charge). Please note that mat inserts are only available for Medium, Large and X-Large sized frames.

ACCESSORIES
All illustrations are completed as per the photo provided, if you wish to remove accessories or items from the illustration, please make note of this in the 'Additional Notes' section.
